WorkJam Recognized in 2025 TrustRadius Tech Cares Awards
Award highlights WorkJam’s commitment to sustainability, community impact, DEI, and employee well-being
WorkJam, the world’s leading digital frontline workplace, has been recognized by TrustRadius as a 2025 Tech Cares Award recipient. The annual award honors B2B technology companies that go above and beyond in their commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), with a focus on sustainability, volunteerism, DEI, employee development, and community impact.
WorkJam stood out for its holistic approach to CSR, integrating purpose into both its internal culture and its product. From fostering employee well-being through programs like JamStart and global wellness challenges, to supporting underrepresented communities and championing environmental sustainability, WorkJam continues to lead by example.
“This award is a reflection of our people and our purpose,” said Steven Kramer, CEO and co-founder of WorkJam. “We built WorkJam to empower frontline workers and create better outcomes for businesses—and that same philosophy drives how we show up for our employees, our communities, and the planet.”
Highlights of WorkJam’s impact include:
- Employee Well-being and Development: JamStart onboarding, leadership development pathways, and a global wellness challenge tied to charitable giving.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Celebrations for Diwali, Pride Month, Black History Month, and International Women’s Day—including global campaigns and guest speakers.
- Environmental Commitment: Transparent environmental and sustainable procurement policies, along with an office move to The Hub Melbourne—a certified B Corp and carbon-neutral space.
- Community Engagement: Supporting initiatives like the Centraide Techaide fundraiser, Wesfarmers Health Charity, Sisterhood Foundation in Australia, and school wellness programs.
The Tech Cares Award recognizes organizations that have made social responsibility a core part of their mission. Winners are selected based on a nomination process and evaluated on publicly available supporting materials.
