WorkJam Login Help
Sign in to WorkJam at app.workjam.com or in the WorkJam mobile app, using the email address or username you registered with and your password. If your company uses its own login, choose the single sign-on option below.

Your employer manages your WorkJam account. If the steps on this page don’t work, the fastest way to get help is your manager or your company’s internal support team. They can confirm your username or access code, and they handle company login (SSO) issues, which WorkJam can’t access.
Sign In on the Web
- Go to app.workjam.com in any web browser.
- Enter your email address or username and select Continue.
- Enter your password and select Log In.
You don’t need the app to use WorkJam. The web version works on any computer, tablet, or phone browser.
Sign In on the Mobile App
- Download WorkJam from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app and enter your email address or username.
- Enter your password and sign in.
Use the same email or username and password you use on the web.
Sign In With Your Company Login (SSO)
- Go to app.workjam.com.
- Enter the email address your company created for you, or @ followed by your company’s name, and select Continue.
- Sign in on your company’s login page with your company username and password.
If your company gave you its own sign-in link, use that link instead. For SSO problems, contact your company’s support team.
Forgot Your Password?
- Select Forgot Password? below the password field on the web, or Forgot your password? in the app.
- Enter the email address you use to sign in and submit the request.
- Open the reset email from noreply@workjam.com. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
- Follow the link in the email and choose a new password. The link expires 24 hours after it’s sent.
- Sign in with your new password.
Passwords are case-sensitive and need at least 8 characters, using both letters and numbers. If you sign in with a username instead of an email address, or the reset email never arrives, ask your manager or your company’s internal support to reset it for you.
First Time Using WorkJam?
You need an account before you can sign in. Your company sets it up in one of two ways.
If you received an invitation email
- Find the invitation from noreply@workjam.com, checking your spam or junk folder if needed.
- Select Click Here to Register and complete any missing fields.
- Create a password and submit the form.
If you don’t have an email address on file
- Go to app.workjam.com/register and fill in the required fields.
- Select Don’t have an email address and choose a username with no spaces.
- Create a password, enter the 8-character access code your company gave you, and submit the form.
Don’t have an access code? Ask your manager. Registering at work with your manager nearby is usually the quickest route.
WorkJam Login FAQ
Where do I log in to WorkJam?
Log in at app.workjam.com in any web browser, or in the WorkJam mobile app for iPhone, iPad, and Android. Some companies use their own branded sign-in link, so use that link if your employer gave you one.
Can I use WorkJam without the app?
Yes. Go to app.workjam.com in any browser and sign in with the same email or username and password you use in the app.
Why can’t I sign in to WorkJam?
The most common causes are a mistyped username or password, using an email address that isn’t the one on your account, or an account that uses your company’s SSO login. Passwords are case-sensitive and usernames can’t contain spaces. If you’ve checked those and still can’t sign in, contact your manager or your company’s internal support.
Why does WorkJam keep logging me out?
If you don’t choose to stay logged in, WorkJam signs you out after 5 minutes of inactivity to protect your account.
Who do I contact if I still can’t sign in?
Contact your manager or your company’s internal support team, since your employer manages your account and any company login. You can also browse step-by-step guides in the WorkJam support portal.
