Your rights, and the way we ask for your consent, depend on where you are. Sections 8 and 10 set out the position for each region. a. Technical or functional cookies

LinkedIn, Facebook and X are located in the United States.

The table below lists every cookie placed through our website, grouped by the service that sets it, together with its purpose, its retention period, and a link to the privacy statement of the relevant third party. This table is updated automatically when our website is scanned.

8. Consent:

a. Managing your consent settings

Unless your browser sends a privacy signal as described in section b below, we show you a banner explaining our use of cookies when you visit our website. You can accept all cookies, refuse all non-essential cookies, or choose which categories to allow. The categories are:

• Essential, always active. Required for the website to function. These cannot be disabled.

b. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We honour browser-level privacy signals. If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal, we treat this as a valid instruction to refuse non-essential cookies. In that case, no consent banner is shown to you, and preference, analytics and marketing cookies are not placed. Only essential cookies, which are required for the website to function, are used. c. How consent applies in your region

• European Union and United Kingdom. We ask for your consent before placing any non-essential cookie. Nothing beyond essential cookies is placed until you make a choice.
• Quebec. As required by Law 25, we ask for your consent before placing any non-essential cookie, in the same way as in the European Union.
• Rest of Canada. We ask for your consent under PIPEDA, and you may withdraw it at any time.
• United States. We recognise Global Privacy Control as a valid opt-out signal, and you may opt out of the categories described above at any time using the consent settings above.
• All other regions. We apply our strictest standard by default and ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

9. Enabling, disabling and deleting cookies:

You can use your internet browser to delete cookies automatically or manually. You can also specify that certain cookies may not be placed, or change your browser settings so that you receive a message each time a cookie is placed. For more information about these options, please refer to the instructions in the help section of your browser. Please note that our website may not work properly if all cookies are disabled. 10. Your rights with respect to personal data:

a. All visitors

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• you may submit a request for access to the data we process about you;
• you may object to the processing;
• you may request an overview, in a commonly used format, of the data we process about you;
• you may request correction or deletion of the data if it is incorrect, or no longer relevant. Where appropriate, the amended information will be transmitted to third parties having access to the information in question;
• you may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. You will be informed of the implications of such withdrawal.

b. European Union and United Kingdom

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR, you also have the right to request restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including to profiling to the extent that it relates to direct marketing. Where you exercise that right, we will stop processing your data for those purposes. Our representatives for the purposes of Article 27 are set out in Section 11. c. Quebec

Under Quebec’s Law 25, you also have the right to request that we cease disseminating your personal information or de-index any link to it, the right to receive the information you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used technological format, and the right to be informed where a decision about you is based exclusively on automated processing. You may address a complaint to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

d. Rest of Canada

You have the right to address a challenge concerning non-compliance with PIPEDA to our organisation and, if the issue is not resolved, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

e. United States

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of Personal Information we collect, to delete or correct that information, to opt out of the sharing of Personal Information for the purpose of delivering advertisements on non-WorkJam websites, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may also designate an authorised agent to exercise these rights on your behalf, and authorised agents must submit proof of authorisation. As stated in our Privacy Policy, WorkJam does not sell the Personal Information we collect, as that term is defined under applicable United States law, and will not do so without providing a right to opt out.
