MONTREAL – October 30, 2024 – WorkJam, the world’s leading digital frontline workplace, today announced it is strengthening its sales leadership team with two new appointments. Will Eadie, who has served as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) since 2020, has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. He will be succeeded as CRO by Adobe and SAP sales veteran Jerry Short. Both Eadie and Short will report directly to WorkJam CEO Steven Kramer.
“As our sales leader for 9 years, Will Eadie has been critical to our rapid growth and his extensive knowledge of the frontline workforce dynamics our customers in multiple industries navigate daily is unparalleled in our organization,” said Steven Kramer, CEO of WorkJam. “There is no one better positioned to help shape our strategy, foster strategic partnerships, and continue to build our sales team’s expertise and effectiveness. We’re also extremely pleased to welcome Jerry Short and are confident they’ll each have an immediate, positive impact on our business as we continue to expand globally.”
In his new role, Eadie will oversee near- and long-term corporate strategy and development, strategic alliances, and go-to-market strategy, working closely with the marketing, product and customer success teams. Eadie initially joined WorkJam in 2015 as Global VP of Sales and Alliances and was promoted to CRO in 2020. His earlier experience includes sales leadership and client management roles at Kronos, MicroStrategy and SAP. A passionate mentor, Eadie also advises entrepreneurs and startups via the Techstars accelerator program and serves as a venture advisor to technology startups through Storytime Capital.
“I’m proud to continue working alongside Steve and our talented colleagues in a new role focused on our strategic direction and business growth,” said Eadie. “WorkJam is uniquely committed to helping solve our customers’ workforce challenges through digital innovation and, ultimately, to empowering frontline workers across industries and geographies each day.”
Short is a dynamic leader with a record of driving revenue growth within technology organizations and expanding businesses internationally into Latin American markets. He most recently served as VP for the Americas at commercetools. Prior to that, Short was Head of Growth Sales for North and South America at Adobe, where he led a team of 125 sales professionals working across multiple verticals. Before that, he was Chief Operating Officer of Customer Experience for North America at SAP, where he was responsible for sales operations, business development, sales engineering, channel development and coordinating and overseeing the go-to-market strategy.
