Woolworths adopt new digital workplace

Woolworths Adopts WorkJam to Digitise Frontline Employee Communication

Woolworths has digitised its employee communication by implementing the digital workplace platform WorkJam. The retailer will use the platform across messaging, chat, training, surveys, polls, and more to drive better employee communications and improve operational efficiency.

By leveraging WorkJam’s unified suite, Woolworths aims to streamline task management and feedback loops, ensuring that the support office and frontline team members remain perfectly aligned in real-time.

“With WorkJam, our focus is on de-corporatising communication between the support office and frontline team members,” said Woolworths CEO Brad Banducci. “By opening direct lines of communication, our aim is to give team members the knowledge they need to create unique customer experiences. We’re excited to put communication and training back into the hands of Woolworths team members.”
