WorkJam Recognized as One of Canada’s Most Innovative Technology Companies: CIX TOP 10 Growth

WorkJam has been named a CIX Top 10 Growth company by CIX, Canadian Innovation Exchange. The annual program recognizes innovative Canadian technology companies. The selected companies represent a diverse range of technology companies spanning software, AI, medtech, fintech, big data, security, SaaS and cleantech sectors.

Companies were chosen based on several key factors including product/service offering, depth of management, market opportunity, and business model.

Industry Research Reveals Retailers Must Rethink Workforce Strategy to Weather Economic Pressures

Over half (53%) have already frozen recruitment due to government budget pressures, and nearly 60% expect to make redundancies within six months. As frontline teams face growing pressures, 76% of retailers admit their workforce management needs improvement, yet many still lack basic tools to support staff, optimise scheduling and relieve pressure on managers.
