About You:

  • A challenger account executive that can also be collaborative.
  • Graduate of a four-year university or have at least 2 years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Excel, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills through all mediums of communication from phone calls to email, and webinars
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and become an expert

  • Experience in selling Software as a Service into Retail, Hospitality and Dining is a plus.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience in a similar role
  • Montreal-based to work in our Head Office
  • Close knowledge and understanding of native mobile UX patterns (iOS and Android), as well as modern UX patterns for cloud-based web applications
  • Ability to communicate the fundamental philosphy of the human-centered design process, and be comfortable evangelizing its value to the team
  • Basic understanding of front-end and back-end web and mobile technologies
  • Ability to quickly sketch rough ideas, design clean wireframes, and build interactive prototypes
  • An efficient and effective workflow using your favourite tools of the trade (e.g. Axure, Sketch, Omnigraffle, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, InVision, or others)
  • Experience planning, conducting, and summarizing guerrilla user testing, usability lab testing, and remote user testing on all platforms

Job Description

  • The Sales Account Representative assists the Global VP of Sales, VP Solution Engineering and Account Executives throughout entire sales cycle. This incudes:
    • strategic account planning
    • discovery phase
    • client meetings
    • contract support
  • Facilitates strategic account planning sessions with Account Executives to determine best course to triangulate an account.

Job Scope/Contacts

  • Partnership with WorkJam Marketing to filter, follow up and nurture all leads to drive and expand pipeline.
  • Attend industry events and coordinate meetings at the events to drive pipeline and serve as the WorkJam frontline.
  • Maintain CRM database with contacts, activity and account summaries.

Job Description

Support Specialists perform the critical role of helping WorkJam Customers and Partners use our software. Support Specialists are involved in a variety of activities including the understanding responding to support requests, assisting with troubleshooting, documenting issues to Engineering team standards, performing batch data loads using our internal tools, and answering questions on our API documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on the capabilities of WorkJam software and apply this knowledge on the job
  • Own the support queue and provide superior support interactions with WorkJam customers consisting of timely responses, regular updates and complete resolution
  • Work directly with the WorkJam Engineering team to ensure customer issues are resolved
  • Assist other WorkJam departments (PS, Sales, etc) in setting up data for demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and initial implementations
  • Research API questions and improve the documentation to provide better guidance
  • Collaborate with the Product team on roadmap feature delivery.  Provide guidance to PS and Sales on new feature impacts

  • Participate in the full lifecycle of an implementation project including Business Analysis, Configuration Documentation, System Configuration, Design, Training and Testing
  • Work directly with the customer’s project team to understand their business needs and translate those business needs into a systems configuration specification providing clients with a clear picture of how the software will solve their business needs
  • Work directly with WorkJam partners assisting with implementation training and support
  • Research, document, configure and test all functional elements involving rules and policies

Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you play a critical role of ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of what they have to build. You are the bridge between the services and the development teams, ensuring that everyone understands what has to be built. Your role will focus on the following

  • Contribute to product roadmap and operation plans as they relate to the WorkJam platform
  • Produce detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and other artifacts that will contribute to the development of our products and services.
  • Participate in and/or lead requirements workshops to identify business needs and requirements
  • Document current and new business processes and flows
  • Identify, and validate business needs and requirements
  • Participates in daily standup Scrums, Grooming sessions, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

 

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in related Mobile/ Web Technology / Environments
