Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you play a critical role of ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of what they have to build. You are the bridge between the services and the development teams, ensuring that everyone understands what has to be built. Business Analysts are involved in a variety of implementation activities including the requirement gathering through workshops, functional documentation understanding of customer business processes & objectives, testing strategy, training and support.

 

Your role will focus on the following

  • Contribute to product roadmap and operation plans as they relate to the WorkJam platform
  • Produce detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and other artifacts that will contribute to the development of our products and services.
  • Participate in and/or lead requirements workshops to identify business needs and requirements
  • Document current and new business processes and flows
  • Identify, and validate business needs and requirements
  • Participates in daily standup Scrums, Grooming sessions, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

 

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in related Mobile/ Web Technology / Environments
  • Experience documenting business rules, business cases and business case summaries
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Post-secondary education in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Communicates ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Excellent listener with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and directed

  • Graduate of a four-year university or have at least 2 years of SaaS sales experience.

What you will be doing:

As part of the DevOps team, you will have the opportunity to work on a highly distributed enterprise micro-service SaaS platform. You will ensure that code can flow from the developers’ machine to the production environment smoothly, quickly and securely. This requires a focus on automation, documentation and creativity to make the process efficient, painless, reliable and secure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of the CI and CD pipelines
  • Management of monitoring and alerting
  • Problem management, diagnosis and resolution with a distributed application (micro-services architecture)
  • Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts
  • Enhance performance management including bottleneck analysis and application performance monitoring and testing

Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager oversees the delivery of WorkJam services to our customers and partners and the successful execution of the project plan. The Service Delivery Manager establishes and executes procedures to ensure superior customer implementations of WorkJam software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of WorkJam services on implementations of our software with customers and partners
  • Establish and refine service delivery processes and best practices
  • Work closely with WorkJam clients and partners to ensure their success by understanding their business needs and how our solutions can address these needs
  • Become proficient on the capabilities of WorkJam software and apply this knowledge on the job within a variety of industries
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of a project including Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Training and Testing
  • Develop and document implementation plans, issue lists, status reports
  • Drive Project Plans to a successful conclusion
  • Collaborate with the Consultants and other project team members to ensure the functional specifications identified have been met
  • Travel as required – some international

Job Description

Job Scope/Contacts

  • Automated feature-level test development of iOS, Android, Web and REST API applications

  • Identify test requirements from specifications and map test case requirements
  • Develop, document and maintain functional automated test cases
  • Migrate existing manual test cases

  • Isolate, replicate, and report defects and automate reproduction steps for fixes
