What you will be doing:
• Contribute to product roadmap and operation plans as they relate to the WorkJam platform
• Participate in and/or lead requirements workshops to identify business needs and requirements
• Document current business processes and business flows
• Identify, validate, and prioritize business needs and requirements
• Produce detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and other artifacts that will contribute to the development of our products and services.

• 2 or more years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in related Mobile/ Web Technology / Environments

What you need to bring to this position:

  • Creates and Maintains the Product Backlog showing visible progress towards forecast results
  • Prioritizes and sequences the Backlog according to business value as expressed by roadmap and stakeholder needs
  • Prepares for each sprint and release planning session by working with team to elaborate Feature Stories into Minimal Marketable Features that deliver increments of value and User Stories that are appropriately sized for each sprint.
  • Conveys the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint.
  • Represents customer and stakeholder interests. Engages and solicits their feedback to validate priorities and compromises.
  • Participates in daily standup Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Accepts User Stories during the sprint to confirm implementation meets intent of acceptance criteria.
  • Renegotiates Sprint priorities and commitment when team communicates new discoveries that impact size or value of work.

Recommended qualification

  • Solid understanding of requirements engineering techniques and how they fit in various software development life-cycles, focusing on Agile methods
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
  • Prior experience working with, or acting as a Product Owner in a Scrum environment is preferred
  • Knowledge of project management and product management concepts
  • Proven ability to translate non-technical information into a technical level of detail that developers can implement
  • Proven experience picking up new technologies in order to understand the product environment
  • Prior experience refining non-functional product requirements into technical details around acceptance criteria, performance and/or security
  • Proven experience translating abstract business concepts into implementation-ready details
  • Possess both business and technical knowledge to review workflow, documentation, and analyze data to identify a solution to a business issue

What you will be doing:

You will be managing various finance and accounting functions, as well as support and contribute to the timely delivery of accurate financial results and analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage monthly financial accounting, including journal entries and other bookkeeping, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly financial results
  • Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring appropriate approvals
  • Customer invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Manage payroll with 3rd party managed payroll services provider
  • Bank reconciliations

Primary Job Responsibilities for the Digital Media Specialist

The Digital Media Specialist will be a customer-facing role, responsible for transposing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing digital communications campaigns for the WorkJam platform, in an advisory consultative manner. On a daily basis, the Digital Media Specialist will work closely with Customer Success Manager to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics, and make active recommendations to both our Customers and internal Product team.

The primary goal of the Digital Media Specialist is to develop, transpose and manage the communications and training efforts of WorkJam’s enterprise customers to their frontline employees, by creating relevant and engaging content that fully leverages the functionality of WorkJam’s award-winning Digital Workplace platform.

The activities of the Digital Media Specialist will include, but are not limited to:

  • Play a key role in the design, build and maintenance of WorkJam client programs
  • Manage, monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of customers’ WorkJam-housed communications
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize customer value based on the insights
  • Present recommendations in client environments
  • Implement tactical training, communications and marketing plans and campaigns
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Collaborate proactively and extensively with internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing/comms experience; planning & executing campaigns
