Primary Job Responsibilities for the Digital Media Specialist

The Digital Media Specialist will be a customer-facing role, responsible for transposing, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing digital communications campaigns for the WorkJam platform, in an advisory consultative manner. On a daily basis, the Digital Media Specialist will work closely with Customer Success Manager to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics, and make active recommendations to both our Customers and internal Product team.

The primary goal of the Digital Media Specialist is to develop, transpose and manage the communications and training efforts of WorkJam’s enterprise customers to their frontline employees, by creating relevant and engaging content that fully leverages the functionality of WorkJam’s award-winning Digital Workplace platform.

The activities of the Digital Media Specialist will include, but are not limited to:

  • Play a key role in the design, build and maintenance of WorkJam client programs
  • Manage, monitor, analyze, and improve the performance of customers’ WorkJam-housed communications
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize customer value based on the insights
  • Present recommendations in client environments
  • Implement tactical training, communications and marketing plans and campaigns
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and touch points
  • Collaborate proactively and extensively with internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing/comms experience; planning & executing campaigns
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft products, Adobe Suite and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

Job Description

Functional Consultants perform the critical role of helping WorkJam Customers and Partners realize their expectations in functionality & value from their implementation and configuration of our software. Consultants are involved in a variety of implementation activities including the understanding of customer business processes & objectives documentation, testing strategy, implementation, training and support.

 

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on the capabilities of WorkJam software and apply this knowledge on the job within a variety of industries
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of an implementation project including Business Analysis, Configuration Documentation, System Configuration, Design, Training and Testing
  • Work directly with the customer’s project team to understand their business needs and translate those business needs into a systems configuration specification providing clients with a clear picture of how the software will solve their business needs

Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager oversees the delivery of WorkJam services to our customers and partners and the successful execution of the project plan. The Service Delivery Manager establishes and executes procedures to ensure superior customer implementations of WorkJam software.

Education & Experience

  • 1-3 years previous business development, prospecting and cold calling, and/or sales or marketing experience in a high technology environment.
  • BA/BS Preferred.
  • Experience in a Business to Business environment

Skills & Competencies

  • Understands the industries WorkJam sells into and is able to have an intelligent business conversation with a prospect/customer that the prospect/customer finds valuable.
  • Comfortable having business conversation with C-level titles.
  • Utilizes all pertinent social media tools to improve prospecting success. (LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Familiarity using Salesforce.com
  • Strong business development, prospecting, sales and/or marketing background.
  • Follows a closed loop tracking process to manage leads from initial contact to field rep hand off.
  • Familiarity with competitive products, solutions and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of sales automation tools as well as Microsoft tools suite.
  • Familiarity with marketing automations tools.
  • Strong phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both external and internal customers or stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to maximize efficiency.
  • Effective problem solver and decision maker.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
