Steven has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience driving business results and developing disruptive technologies for the retail industry. In 1999, Steven co-founded iCongo, a leading global software provider for omni-channel retail and B2B commerce solutions, which merged with hybris Software in 2011 and became the largest independent provider of e-commerce solutions with 27 offices worldwide, 1000+ employees and more than 600 customers. Steven was part of the Executive Management team and Board Member at hybris. hybris Software was purchased by SAP in 2013. Steven holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.
While innovating in omni-channel and the connected consumer, Steven identified a gap between traditional workforce management systems and how retailers actually hire, schedule and manage their hourly employees. With this in mind, Steven co-founded WorkJam and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company.
A tech entrepreneur at heart, Joshua is passionate about pushing forward new ideas and reshaping products and services to take on new global opportunities. In 1999, Joshua co-founded iCongo, a software provider for omni-channel retail and B2B commerce solutions, where he helped drive the business from start-up to becoming the leading provider of cross-channel retail and B2B e-commerce systems. The company merged with hybris Software in 2011 to become one of the largest providers of e-commerce solutions worldwide and was subsequently purchased by SAP in 2013. As co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of WorkJam, Joshua is responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of the company. Joshua graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce.
Mark brings more than 20 years of experience building well-structured order management and commerce platforms. In 2001, he joined iCongo as the VP of Research and Development and in 2011 the company merged with hybris Software to become the leading independent provider of e-commerce solutions. Following the merger, Mark directed customer innovation and strategy for new technology initiatives as the VP of Business Solutions. As the newly-formed market leader in B2B commerce solutions, hybris Software was purchased by SAP in 2013. Mark graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce. As co-founder and Chief Product Officer of WorkJam, Mark leads WorkJam’s product strategy and development.
Will EadieVP Sales & Strategy
As a dynamic sales professional with experience driving strong solutions for the customers by working hand-in-hand with the product, Will excels at developing customer relationships and brings to WorkJam fifteen years of deep domain expertise in Strategic Workforce Management, Human Capital Management, and Employee Engagement. Prior to joining WorkJam, Will held roles at Kronos for ten years, serving as Director of National Accounts and Director of Retail and Hospitality Sales in the U.S. During his time at Kronos, Will’s leadership enabled his team to significantly exceed sales goals and drive organizational growth. As Vice President of Sales and Strategy at WorkJam, Will is responsible for developing strategic, high performing sales and cultivating customer relationships. Will graduated from Marietta College with a Bachelor of Arts, and went on to earn a Management Certificate from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
John KeatingVP Operations
For the past 20 years, John has been leading organizations that develop, enable and support software for Enterprise customers. At quickly growing firms such as Blue Martini Software, Orbitz and hybris, John was instrumental in scaling teams while continuing to deliver superior service to customers. John has extensive experience leading teams through IPO’s, mergers and acquisitions. As the VP of Operations at WorkJam, John is responsible for product management, product development, technology, professional services, training, partner enablement and product support. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Notre Dame, an MBA from Loyola University and a Masters in Marketing from Loyola University.
Mike ZornVP Workplace Strategy
Prior to joining Workjam Mike spent 30 plus years with Macy’s Inc. the last 15 as the Senior Vice President of Associate and Labor Relations. His responsibilities included culture and employee engagement development, internal branding and communications, employee and labor relations strategy for the Macy’s enterprise. As VP of Workplace Strategy at WorkJam, Mike works with client companies to develop strategies, using the Workjam Digital Workplace, to empower and engage their hourly workforce.
