Meet our Leadership Team

Steven Kramer
Chief Executive Officer

Steven is a technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of executive leadership experience in founding and scaling companies developing disruptive, enterprise-class technologies. In 1999, Steven co-founded iCongo, a leading global software provider for omni-channel retail and B2B commerce solutions, which merged with hybris Software in 2011 and became the largest independent provider of e-commerce solutions with 27 offices worldwide, 1000+ employees and more than 600 customers. Steven was part of the Executive Management team and Board Member at hybris. hybris Software was purchased by SAP in 2013. While working with companies on their omni-channel strategies, Steven identified a gap between traditional workforce management systems and how companies actually hire, schedule and manage their frontline employees. With this in mind, Steven co-founded WorkJam.

Joshua Ostrega
Chief Customer Officer

Joshua has more than 20 years of executive experience leading multiple functions within growing technology firms including sales, operations, services, and information technology. In 1999, Joshua co-founded iCongo, a software provider for omni-channel retail and B2B commerce solutions, where he helped drive the business from start-up to becoming the leading provider of cross-channel retail and B2B e-commerce systems. As co-founder and Chief Customer Officer, Joshua is responsible for ensuring that WorkJam’s customers are successful and achieve breakthrough ROI on their investment in the company’s solutions.

Mark Sadegursky
Chief Product Officer

Mark brings more than 20 years of experience of designing and building state-of-the art enterprise technology platforms and solutions. In 2001, he joined iCongo as the VP of Research and Development and following the merger with hybris, Mark directed customer innovation and strategy for new technology initiatives as the VP of Business Solutions. An innovator who is passionate about creating technologies that change people’s lives for the better, Mark co-founded WorkJam and is responsible for product strategy and development.

Marc-André Dupéré
Chief Financial Officer

Marc-André found his calling while performing financial audits for PwC’s Silicon Fen clients, Cambridge, UK’s tech cluster, ironically in the final days of the dotcom bubble. His next decade and a half was mostly spent on strategy and developing and steering the financial, legal, and administrative services at growing technology companies in the United States and Canada. Marc-André served as Chief Financial Officer for North America at hybris software until its acquisition by SAP. Marc-André brings over 2 decades of experience of managing fast-growing technology companies and is responsible for WorkJam’s finances.

Will Eadie
Chief Revenue Officer

As a dynamic sales professional with experience driving strong solutions for the customers by working hand-in-hand with the product, Will excels at developing customer relationships and brings to WorkJam fifteen years of deep domain expertise in Strategic Workforce Management, Human Capital Management, and Employee Engagement. Prior to joining WorkJam, Will held roles at Kronos for ten years, serving as Director of National Accounts and Director of Retail and Hospitality Sales in the U.S. During his time at Kronos, Will’s leadership enabled his team to significantly exceed sales goals and drive organizational growth. As Chief Revenue Officer at WorkJam, Will is responsible for marketing, sales, forging partnerships, and cultivating customer relationships.

Daniel Crépeau
Chief Operating Officer

Daniel is well known for innovating, synthesizing, and constantly attaining strategic and operational objectives. While pragmatic, he systematically demonstrates his leadership through strategic thinking, assembling and mobilizing high-performing teams, and energizing innovative talents. Daniel has held executive positions for more than 30 years in software, global IT consulting, and financial services. Throughout his multiple assignments, he was involved in all aspects of the business, from software development, operations, sales and marketing, large contract negotiations, and mergers and acquisitions. As Chief Operating Officer, Daniel oversees all operations of WorkJam.

Rich Halbert
Chief Strategy Officer

Rich Halbert is passionate about positively impacting the lives of the world’s more than 2 billion frontline workers with productivity tools designed specifically for them. With 25+ years of experience solving complex business problems for a range of organizations from Microsoft to startups, Rich’s background in strategy, product engineering, general management, and business development has made him an expert in the Digital Workplace technology category. As Chief Strategy Officer, Rich helps define the company’s space in the market and strengthen strategic alliances.

Mike Zorn
Vice President Workplace Strategy

Mike brings deep retail human resources practitioner experience to WorkJam having spent over thirty years with Macy’s Inc., with fifteen years as the Senior Vice President of Associate and Labor Relations. His responsibilities included culture and employee engagement development, internal branding and communications, and employee and labor relations strategy for the Macy’s enterprise. As Vice President of Workplace Strategy at WorkJam, Mike works with client companies to develop strategies, using the WorkJam Digital Workplace, to empower and engage their hourly workforce.

Stephanie Sanchez
VP of Development and Product

Stephanie is an experienced software development leader and expert in managing all aspects of a development organization including UI/UX, software engineering, product management, project management, quality assurance, and customer support. Stephanie brings a broad set of experience to WorkJam having worked in product development and engineering roles at companies such as Global Eagle, Bombardier Aerospace, Convercité, and SAP. Stephanie leads WorkJam’s development organization.

Andrew Myers
Vice President of Asia Pacific and Global Digital Strategy

Andrew is the former chief operations officer of Target Australia and is a visionary in the industry with deep experience across all aspects of a retail organization. Andrew first made a name for himself at Coles Supermarkets, where he helped drive revenue to $37 billion across more than 800 store locations. He later joined Target Australia where he headed the team charged with transforming the supply chain, store operations, store format, and digital transformation of Target Australia by implementing solutions like WorkJam. Andrew is responsible for all aspects of WorkJam’s Asia Pacific business and is frequently utilized as an operations expert by WorkJam’s customers.
